The following is a list of Ineligible OTC or Over the Counter Medicines and Drugs for Cafeteria Plans,Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Health Savings Accounts.

After the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) was enacted, the following items are no longer eligible for purchase with pre-tax funds such as those in Flexible Spending Accounts.
