Year End Procedures


myCafeteriaPlan is committed to providing quality service and administration throughout the entire plan year, not just in the implementation phase. To ensure that all legal requirements are met and that a smooth transition between the old plan year and the new plan year takes place, myCafeteriaPlan offers these year-end services:

  • Communication Order Form – allows selection of methods and materials for employee education and communication of new plan year information
  • Form 5500s – filed upon request for ERISA plans with 100 or more participants
  • Non-Discrimination Testing – completed upon request for ERISA plans to determine eligibility
  • Re-Enrollment Packages – a detailed outline of all necessary steps for successful re-enrollment of new plan year participants
  • Status Letters – sent to plan participants to remind them of their remaining balances before the claim year ends
