How do I activate my flex debit card?

Please call the Benny Activation number listed on the card. The number is   1-866-898-9795.

Why is my card not working?

Your flex debit card will be suspended if there is an unsubstantiated claim on your account. 7 days after the flex debit card is used, we will send out a letter requesting a receipt of the transaction. If we have not received the receipt after 45 days, a second letter is sent, followed by a third letter after the claim has gone unsubstantiated after 60 days. The flex debit card will be blocked after 68 days if we have not received a valid receipt for the claim.

In order for the card to be activated again, all documentation that has been requested needs to be received and the claim needs to be cleared.

Can I get an extra card sent to me?

Yes. There is a $5.00 fee for ordering a new set of cards that is deducted from your plan’s balance.

Is there a pin number attached to my flex debit card?

No there is not. To use the flex debit card, the participant only needs to swipe the card as a credit card.

I didn’t swipe my flex debit card for an expense I paid. Can I still be reimbursed for it?

Yes you can. You can manually file a claim in order to be reimbursed.
