Is there any way that I can check the balance of my account on my smartphone?

Yes! myCafeteriaPlan is proud to have an application that allows our participants to check their balance as well as many other functions.  If you have an Apple or Android smartphone, search the application store for the free myCafeteriaPlan application.

Is my login information for the myCafeteriaPlan application the same as my online login information?

Your username and password for the smartphone application is the same as your username and password for your online account. Once you have logged in to your application, you will be asked to create a 4-digit code that will allow you to access your account through the application in the future.

Can I sign in to my smartphone application if I have never signed in to my online account?

In order to access your smartphone application, you must first login to you account online through a computer. Once you do this, you will be able to login through the application.
